Day 1st, the most important


Well, today is the 1st day of my experiment. As I mentioned before, I will held healthy way of life. But of course, I can’t get rid of bad habits in a second. I believe that self-improvement is slow and hard day by day work. Concretizing my goals, the most important is to constrain proportions between happiness and fit.
I’m not going to become a slim monster, whose only dream is substantial dinner.
Every big deal begins with plan. First of all I have to define its main points and rules:
1. 6 days a week healthy meals ONLY . A glass of vine and low calories desert on Saturday.
2. 20 min (minimum) of sports daily. Dance, aerobics, yoga, ballet, etc Depending on my mood.
3. Min an hour a day walk.
4. Beauty care. As usually, every day.
5. Go to bed no later than 1 pm; get up no later than 10 am. It is rather hard for me, believe.
6. Give up smoking.

Easy saying, but a damned hard realising
